Help people adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. This permanent opportunity suits a change practitioner who enjoys working directly with business teams and turning transformation plans into practical action.

The role

• Assess how proposed changes affect different teams and roles.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and clear, relevant communications.
• Create practical guidance and support training activities.
• Facilitate workshops and help teams prepare for implementation.
• Monitor readiness, gather feedback and address barriers to adoption.

What they're looking for

• Experience personally delivering organisational change activities within business or technology programmes.
• Evidence of producing change assessments, communications and readiness materials.
• Confidence facilitating discussions with business users and senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex changes clearly.
• A practical approach to helping people adopt new ways of working.
• Willingness to work on site in the UAE.
