Airport Operations Director

The opportunity

A major Saudi airport is preparing for a step change in passenger numbers and needs an operations director who has run a large terminal through growth. It is a visible role with a clear remit and strong backing from the top.

The role

• Run day-to-day terminal and airside operations
• Lead readiness planning for new capacity coming on line
• Raise service standards measurably for passengers and airlines
• Develop the local leadership team and succession
• Work closely with regulators, airlines and ground handlers

The package

AED 55,000 to 70,000 per month, tax-free, plus housing and schooling (sample figure)
