Head of Transformation

The opportunity

A Dubai-based group with interests across real estate, hospitality and retail has decided its operating model needs to change, and quickly. The chief executive wants one person to lead that change across the businesses, with a clear mandate and direct access.

The role

• Shape and lead the group transformation agenda, reporting to the chief executive
• Turn strategy into a funded portfolio of programmes with clear owners
• Bring the operating companies with you rather than imposing change
• Build a small, strong transformation office
• Report progress honestly to the board, including what is not working

What they're looking for

• Senior transformation leadership in a multi-business group
• Experience in the Gulf, or a clear reason for wanting to relocate
• Credibility with founders and family shareholders
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity
• Strong commercial judgement alongside delivery discipline

The package

AED 65,000 to 80,000 per month, tax-free, plus housing and schooling (sample figure)
