SAP S/4HANA Training Consultant

The opportunity

Evolve Partners is recruiting an experienced SAP S/4HANA Training Consultant to support a significant business transformation programme in the UAE.

This opportunity will suit a hands-on SAP training professional who can take ownership of end-user training activities, from initial planning and content development through to classroom delivery and adoption support.

Working alongside technical specialists, business stakeholders and transformation teams, you'll play an important role in helping users transition successfully to new systems and processes.

The role

• Plan, develop and deliver SAP S/4HANA end-user training programmes.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop role-based learning plans.
• Design course curricula, training schedules and supporting materials.
• Create user guides, quick-reference guides, presentations and practical exercises.
• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders and change teams.
• Monitor training completion, effectiveness and user readiness.
• Identify training risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation.
• Provide support during implementation, go-live and post-deployment adoption.

What they're looking for

• Strong SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge gained within transformation or implementation programmes.
• Demonstrable experience personally delivering SAP end-user training.
• Experience managing the training lifecycle, including planning, preparation, delivery and evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex SAP processes into accessible, practical learning.
• Experience developing structured training materials and supporting documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working in complex, fast-paced transformation environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or comparable learning tools would be advantageous.

You'll combine practical SAP expertise with a structured approach to learning and user adoption.

Equally comfortable developing a training strategy, engaging stakeholders or delivering classroom sessions, you'll understand how to make complex technology accessible to business users.

You'll be proactive, adaptable and confident taking responsibility for training activities within a wider transformation programme.
